What is Charis?

Charis means joy, hospitality and generosity in Greek and it also means a behavior that brings happiness and comfort between people.
In Greek myth, the word was used to depict physical charm and beauty.
In particular, when it indicates three women symbolizing beauty in the Greek myth, the plural form Charies was used.
Among them, Aglaia, wife of Hephaestus was the youngest and the most beautiful, and the single form Charis was used to indicate that woman.
